Though in low income countries is resist for going against duplicate by virus the patient numbers of the treatments increase to some extent, but as a whole, most patients do not get the effective treatment yet. The speed that HIV spreads is still faster than the speed that the treatment popularizes. For example, in 2007, it popularized 2.5 times of the number of people newly against duplicating the virus treatment that the newly-increased patient's number was resisted that year.
